Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MTND2P33 RNA is linked to patient survival in 13 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated MTND2P33 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in cholangiocarcinoma (CHOL), where higher MTND2P33 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MTND2P33 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUSC and KIRP show a favorable association.
CHOL, LUSC, and UCEC are the cancer types where MTND2P33 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
