Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MTND2P30 RNA is linked to patient survival in 8 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated MTND2P30 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal papillary cell carcinoma (KIRP), where higher MTND2P30 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MTND2P30 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUAD and STAD show a favorable association.

KIRP, LUAD, and BLCA are the cancer types where MTND2P30 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
