Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTND2P3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 34 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MTND2P3-associated genes across cancer lineages are GLCCI1, CCN2, and EEPD1. Each is linked with MTND2P3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTND2P3-to-partner and partner-to-MTND2P3 results are reported.
