Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTND2P26 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,222 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MTND2P26-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of mRNA catabolic process, Microtubule-based transport, and Obsolete ncRNA transcription. Each is linked with MTND2P26 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTND2P26-to-partner and partner-to-MTND2P26 results are reported.
