Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MTND2P14 RNA is linked to patient survival in 8 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated MTND2P14 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in rectum adenocarcinoma (READ), where higher MTND2P14 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MTND2P14 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as ESCA show a favorable association.

READ, UCEC, and SARC are the cancer types where MTND2P14 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
