Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTND2P13 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,590 significant associations in total. ESCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MTND2P13-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Proton transmembrane transport, Oxidative phosphorylation, and Axo-dendritic protein transport. Each is linked with MTND2P13 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTND2P13-to-partner and partner-to-MTND2P13 results are reported.
