Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTND2P12 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,508 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MTND2P12-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Glycerolipid biosynthetic process, Glycerophospholipid metabolic process, and Phospholipid biosynthetic process. Each is linked with MTND2P12 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTND2P12-to-partner and partner-to-MTND2P12 results are reported.
