Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTND2P11 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,194 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MTND2P11-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Proton transmembrane transport, Hematopoietic progenitor cell differentiation, and Response to monosaccharide. Each is linked with MTND2P11 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTND2P11-to-partner and partner-to-MTND2P11 results are reported.
