Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTND1P5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,352 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MTND1P5-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of cilium assembly, Regulation of proteolysis involved in protein catabolic process, and Regulation of proteasomal protein catabolic process. Each is linked with MTND1P5 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTND1P5-to-partner and partner-to-MTND1P5 results are reported.
