Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MTND1P34 RNA is linked to patient survival in 13 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated MTND1P34 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in rectum adenocarcinoma (READ), where higher MTND1P34 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MTND1P34 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BLCA and UCS show a favorable association.

READ, BLCA, and THCA are the cancer types where MTND1P34 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
