Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MTND1P3 RNA is linked to patient survival in 17 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated MTND1P3 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher MTND1P3 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MTND1P3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as ACC and LGG show a favorable association.

UCEC, LUSC, and UVM are the cancer types where MTND1P3 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
