Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MTND1P24 RNA is linked to patient survival in 8 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated MTND1P24 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in lymphoid neoplasm diffuse large b-cell lymphoma (DLBC), where higher MTND1P24 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MTND1P24 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCS and LIHC show a favorable association.

DLBC, OV, and BRCA are the cancer types where MTND1P24 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
