Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MTND1P20 RNA is linked to patient survival in 14 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated MTND1P20 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where higher MTND1P20 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MTND1P20 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BRCA and LUSC show a favorable association.
STAD, KIRC, and KIRP are the cancer types where MTND1P20 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
