Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTND1P19 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,867 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MTND1P19-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are rRNA methylation, Endosomal transport, and Peptidyl-lysine acetylation. Each is linked with MTND1P19 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTND1P19-to-partner and partner-to-MTND1P19 results are reported.
