Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTND1P10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,911 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MTND1P10-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Myeloid cell homeostasis, Autophagosome organization, and Canonical NF-kappaB signal transduction. Each is linked with MTND1P10 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTND1P10-to-partner and partner-to-MTND1P10 results are reported.
