MTMR9

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTMR9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,082 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MTMR9-associated proteins across cancer lineages are COL5A2, COL6A2, and DNAJC19. Each is linked with MTMR9 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTMR9-to-partner and partner-to-MTMR9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MTMR9 versus COL5A2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MTMR9→partner) and Y-score (partner→MTMR9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
