Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTMR9 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,011 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MTMR9-associated genes across cancer lineages are DACT3, CNN1, and PDLIM3. Each is linked with MTMR9 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTMR9-to-partner and partner-to-MTMR9 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MTMR9 versus DACT3 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MTMR9→partner) and Y-score (partner→MTMR9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
