Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTMR9 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,587 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MTMR9-associated genes across cancer lineages are MT-TW, RNU4-65P, and RPL38P3. Each is linked with MTMR9 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTMR9-to-partner and partner-to-MTMR9 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MT-TW grouped by MTMR9-low versus MTMR9-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MTMR9→partner) and Y-score (partner→MTMR9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
