Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTMR9 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 25 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MTMR9-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASNS, ATM, and EGFR_pY1068. Each is linked with MTMR9 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTMR9-to-partner and partner-to-MTMR9 results are reported.
