Across TCGA cell cohorts, MTMR9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,023 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MTMR9-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Phosphatidylinositol dephosphorylation, Negative regulation of sister chromatid cohesion, and Microtubule cytoskeleton organization involved in mitosis. Each is linked with MTMR9 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTMR9-to-partner and partner-to-MTMR9 results are reported.
