Across TCGA cell cohorts, MTMR9 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 28 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MTMR9-associated genes across cancer lineages are F9, WFDC12, and DIRC1. Each is linked with MTMR9 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTMR9-to-partner and partner-to-MTMR9 results are reported.
