Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTMR6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,539 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MTMR6-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP198, TYMSP2, and RN7SL134P. Each is linked with MTMR6 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTMR6-to-partner and partner-to-MTMR6 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP198 grouped by MTMR6-low versus MTMR6-high in STAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MTMR6→partner) and Y-score (partner→MTMR6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
