Across TCGA cell cohorts, MTMR6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,996 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MTMR6-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Nucleotide-excision repair, DNA gap filling, Phosphatidylinositol dephosphorylation, and Regulation of chromosome segregation. Each is linked with MTMR6 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTMR6-to-partner and partner-to-MTMR6 results are reported.
