MTMR4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTMR4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,075 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MTMR4-associated genes across cancer lineages are FRG1HP, HSBP1P2, and DLAT. Each is linked with MTMR4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTMR4-to-partner and partner-to-MTMR4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FRG1HP grouped by MTMR4-low versus MTMR4-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MTMR4→partner) and Y-score (partner→MTMR4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
