MTMR4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MTMR4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,204 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MTMR4-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRIM37, KANSL1, and BPTF. Each is linked with MTMR4 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTMR4-to-partner and partner-to-MTMR4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MTMR4 versus TRIM37 in BREAST, with a Pearson correlation of 0.67.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MTMR4→partner) and Y-score (partner→MTMR4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
