Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, MTMR4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 150 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MTMR4-associated genes across cancer lineages are PIWIL3, OR2K2, and PRM3. Each is linked with MTMR4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTMR4-to-partner and partner-to-MTMR4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PIWIL3 grouped by MTMR4-low versus MTMR4-high in SKIN.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MTMR4→partner) and Y-score (partner→MTMR4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
