MTMR3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTMR3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,244 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MTMR3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ARVCF, PRDX4, and RO60. Each is linked with MTMR3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTMR3-to-partner and partner-to-MTMR3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MTMR3 versus ARVCF in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MTMR3→partner) and Y-score (partner→MTMR3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
