Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTMR3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,694 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MTMR3-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRIOBP, ASCC2, and UCHL1. Each is linked with MTMR3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTMR3-to-partner and partner-to-MTMR3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MTMR3 versus TRIOBP in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MTMR3→partner) and Y-score (partner→MTMR3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
