MTMR3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTMR3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,423 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MTMR3-associated genes across cancer lineages are PTP4A3, ADAM32, and BAG1. Each is linked with MTMR3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTMR3-to-partner and partner-to-MTMR3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PTP4A3 grouped by MTMR3-low versus MTMR3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MTMR3→partner) and Y-score (partner→MTMR3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
