Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTMR3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 43 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MTMR3-associated genes across cancer lineages are PKC-a, PRAS40_pT246, and TFRC. Each is linked with MTMR3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTMR3-to-partner and partner-to-MTMR3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PKC-a grouped by MTMR3-low versus MTMR3-high in BLCA.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MTMR3→partner) and Y-score (partner→MTMR3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
