Across TCGA cell cohorts, MTMR3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,146 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MTMR3-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRR14L, ASCC2, and ULK1. Each is linked with MTMR3 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTMR3-to-partner and partner-to-MTMR3 results are reported.
