MTMR2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTMR2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,728 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MTMR2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ADNP, RPRD1B, and MIB1. Each is linked with MTMR2 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTMR2-to-partner and partner-to-MTMR2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MTMR2 versus ADNP in UVM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.89.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MTMR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MTMR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
