MTMR2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTMR2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,857 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MTMR2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DENND2D, SPON2, and DBN1. Each is linked with MTMR2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTMR2-to-partner and partner-to-MTMR2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MTMR2 versus DENND2D in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.46.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MTMR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MTMR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
