Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTMR2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 33 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MTMR2-associated genes across cancer lineages are eEF2, mTOR_pS2448, and PDCD4. Each is linked with MTMR2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTMR2-to-partner and partner-to-MTMR2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, eEF2 grouped by MTMR2-low versus MTMR2-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MTMR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MTMR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
