MTMR14

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTMR14 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,148 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MTMR14-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DYNC1LI1, RGS10, and ATG7. Each is linked with MTMR14 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTMR14-to-partner and partner-to-MTMR14 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MTMR14 versus DYNC1LI1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MTMR14→partner) and Y-score (partner→MTMR14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
