Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTMR14 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,150 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MTMR14-associated genes across cancer lineages are SIRPB1, LPXN, and SLAMF8. Each is linked with MTMR14 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTMR14-to-partner and partner-to-MTMR14 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MTMR14 versus SIRPB1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.31.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MTMR14→partner) and Y-score (partner→MTMR14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
