Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTMR14 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,012 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MTMR14-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTATP6P15, NAA20, and SNORD105B. Each is linked with MTMR14 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTMR14-to-partner and partner-to-MTMR14 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MTATP6P15 grouped by MTMR14-low versus MTMR14-high in CESC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MTMR14→partner) and Y-score (partner→MTMR14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
