Across TCGA cell cohorts, MTMR14 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 110 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MTMR14-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNF167, CRACD, and ZBTB45. Each is linked with MTMR14 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTMR14-to-partner and partner-to-MTMR14 results are reported.
