Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MTMR11 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated MTMR11 data layer compared with 19 for mass-spec protein and 3 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher MTMR11 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MTMR11 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
HNSC, SCLC, and LUAD are the cancer types where MTMR11 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
