Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTMR11 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,202 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MTMR11-associated genes across cancer lineages are BAIAP2L2, THEM6, and FDX1. Each is linked with MTMR11 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTMR11-to-partner and partner-to-MTMR11 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MTMR11 versus BAIAP2L2 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MTMR11→partner) and Y-score (partner→MTMR11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
