MTMR11

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTMR11 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 50 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MTMR11-associated genes across cancer lineages are Caveolin-1, PKC-b-II_pS660, and MIG-6. Each is linked with MTMR11 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTMR11-to-partner and partner-to-MTMR11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Caveolin-1 grouped by MTMR11-low versus MTMR11-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MTMR11→partner) and Y-score (partner→MTMR11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
