MTMR11

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MTMR11 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,210 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MTMR11-associated genes across cancer lineages are MVP, SEMA4B, and LRP10. Each is linked with MTMR11 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTMR11-to-partner and partner-to-MTMR11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MTMR11 versus MVP in BONE, with a Pearson correlation of 0.66.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MTMR11→partner) and Y-score (partner→MTMR11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
