Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MTMR10 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated MTMR10 data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC), where higher MTMR10 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MTMR10 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
CESC, CHOL, and UCEC are the cancer types where MTMR10 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
