MTMR10

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTMR10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,003 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MTMR10-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DDAH1, NCL_S619, and RPL3. Each is linked with MTMR10 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTMR10-to-partner and partner-to-MTMR10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MTMR10 versus DDAH1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.59.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MTMR10→partner) and Y-score (partner→MTMR10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
