MTMR1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTMR1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,748 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MTMR1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are THOC6, DDX41, and HNRNPU. Each is linked with MTMR1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTMR1-to-partner and partner-to-MTMR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MTMR1 versus THOC6 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MTMR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MTMR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
