Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTMR1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,550 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MTMR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ADAMTS4, PLVAP, and SAMD12. Each is linked with MTMR1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTMR1-to-partner and partner-to-MTMR1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MTMR1 versus ADAMTS4 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.30.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MTMR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MTMR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
