MTM1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTM1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,124 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MTM1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are WDR44, ACIN1_S1004, and RPS6KA3. Each is linked with MTM1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTM1-to-partner and partner-to-MTM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MTM1 versus WDR44 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MTM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MTM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
