Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTM1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,523 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MTM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDCA4, MEX3A, and KIAA0513. Each is linked with MTM1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTM1-to-partner and partner-to-MTM1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MTM1 versus CDCA4 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.57.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MTM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MTM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
