Across TCGA cell cohorts, MTM1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,316 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MTM1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Phosphatidylinositol biosynthetic process, Phosphatidylinositol metabolic process, and Negative regulation of autophagosome assembly. Each is linked with MTM1 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTM1-to-partner and partner-to-MTM1 results are reported.
