MTIF2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTIF2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,620 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MTIF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR2T29, RPL7AP23, and RNU6-715P. Each is linked with MTIF2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTIF2-to-partner and partner-to-MTIF2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR2T29 grouped by MTIF2-low versus MTIF2-high in STAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MTIF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MTIF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
